grow the beard out about 8 inches and shave your head. then dye the beard white and get a red pointy hat. kris would make a great gnome

The beard looks good IF you are willing to spend some time every day combing and brushing it.
And, tyrant- the shaven head isn't necessary: just wait a few years.
I've worn a beard for a very long time and while they can be impressive, they demand daily care... that part of the job is your call.

In a time where paranoia is considered normal for security people, the paper bag idea is not a good one.
