Yeah, I'm afraid the top half of the page went straight over my head. I have no idea at all why Jean gave her that look or why Sarah's reaction was an embarrassed "Oh, right." It sounds like Sarah's making a perfectly valid point. Staying human during the howl WOULD be difficult for her.

Yes, key word being grew up as a werewolf. Sarah didn't. Hence, Jean has a little more experience controlling herself and therefore it isn't quite as hard for her (though still not easy). So, yeah, a little ambiguous there, actually.
