The only (nonviolent) way the pack could possible fix this is to bring the owner and all his employees in on the Secret and guarantee them every lycanthrope - native or visiting - will eat exclusively at his diner from now on if he keeps schtum.

Could someone please explane Peters action in the last panel. It almost looks like a "if you can't beat them, join them" moment.

There is, of course, the option that would be horribly dark, particularly for PitW, but DOES sound like something a group as ass-backwards as this particular pack might decide is appropriate: KEEL ZEM! KEEL ZEM ALL, BEFORE EET EEZ TOO LAAAATE!

Not saying I want to see it, but what with the Pack controlling the local police department, they could just make the manager and all the employees on duty "disappear" without anyone ever being able to find evidence of what happened.

And then, of course, there's the Porniverse option: Peter goes in and thralls all the girls whilst having Sarah and Jean thrall the guys...
