Meh. At least the hunters simply kill their quarry (and play by the rules, as stupid as they are). As for aminal control, whether they're funded by the government or not and/or see themselves as protecting the general population from lycanthropes they're not content just to put their targets down and do it by any means necessary. They're both equally big bastards in my book.

And as for getting scientific knowledge by performing (again, I'm assuming here, so I could be wrong) illegal, invasive and quite possibly painful and fatal experiments on humans (or close enough)...no excuse whatsoever. Remember the Tuskegee syphilis experiments? The trial of Nazi scientists following WWII?
