Clearly, Butch is going to find some way to put Lee and Sarah together, and subsequently try to get Sarah to spontaneously shift. Lee - who was called in by Gus in the first place, as evidenced in the last page - will then kill Sarah, and with her out of the way Peter will be Butch's "possession" again. At least that's the plan.

Of course, Lee has probably been taught that when there's a thrall, someone had to make that thrall - and that someone is probably in close proximity to said thrall.

Either Butch is so broken that her desire for Peter overwhelms her common sense, or she's broken and stupid.
