Bar1 enjoys posting his dreams; I thought I'd do the same here.
I dreamed I had received a new PitW paperback. In it, Sarah was still sulking over Peter "cheating" on her with Butch. One of the characters (I forget which one) approached her and tried to show her the error of her ways...
...By inscribing a magical rune on her forehead that caused her to "flashforward" to an apocalyptic wasteland future where werewolves apparently went out of control or something. Sarah, Peter, Jean, and a few other werewolves are part of a Mad Max-esqe group that is traveling around the desolate wasteland, Doing Good. They were in their werewolf forms, dressed in piecemeal armor.
...Absolutely no idea where that came from.
