Doubt he votes. And if he did, it'd be... a really "off" choice.
Though we've never seen him in church, he seems socially conservative. However, he seems to have no regard for personal space. Nor that anyone's, government or individual's, information should be protected.
As for his daughter...
hey, if we gave Jean a Ukelele, and Sarah a guitar, they'd be Garfunkel & Oates for Halloween!

His obsession with the absolute freedom of information does paint him as a leftie.

Possibly a Statist, on a quad. But probably "Man without a country" territory as well. Sexually, likely morally conservative, in a strict sense. But we've no indication of any religiosity, as intellectual as he and his daughter (and likely his wife), he may also be an atheist.

Perhaps a well-informed idiot.

I can respect Arthur's desire for the truth since I'm someone who values honesty above all else. However, the guy also has to learn that no matter how badly you want it, you don't always get to find out the whole truth, and being determined to rage on to get it no matter how much damage is caused is just plain counterproductive in the long run. Oh well, he now seems to have learned that sucking up to people with power can help out sometimes.
Are you sure he wasn't supposed to say 'approve' rather than 'improve' in the middle panel? I wouldn't think that building inspectors would fuss over suggesting improvements.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm wondering what Juniper would look like as a werewolf.
