Also, Ashley's reference to "getting it up for relations" applied to Danny refers to the fact that wererats don't have a society as such, so much as the most expansive definition of "family" ever known (as per the history lesson Debbie taught). Wererats tend to LOVE geneology. Danny can trace his ancestry back, in every conceivable direction, without any break at all, to the Great Fire of London- and some of his lines go back to La Reconquista. It's EXCRUCIATINGLY difficult for a wererat to find another wererat that ISN'T, by their standards, some sort of blood relation... and most don't even try. That said, they're very touchy on the subject of inbreeding- after all, they use almost scientific precision to avoid it...

MLP: FiM DVDs still aren't available in the U.S.A. as far as know yet. That said I'm fairly certain full episodes are still available on YouTube - it just takes a little bit of digging to find them.

That said, iTunes has the entire season available for download. So it's a choice of being free of Apple's unapologetic, Orwellian approach to data mining or being free to enjoy the antics and shenanigans of cute polychromatic sapient ponies.

Given that Peter's pack is, compared to most others, extremely backwards and hick, I wonder if any other of the college students in attendance are going to call them out at some point - it would be glorious.

Danny's not that smooth. It's just that both he and Ashley have chips on their shoulder permanently, and Ashley (being a young Texan) is incapable of ignoring a challenge.

And the reason I'm not watching it on YouTube is I refuse to wait an hour, using my Internet connection for NOTHING ELSE, and PRAYING the download completes and the browser doesn't glitch, for each twenty minute episode.

I AM off dialup... and on DSL.

On dialup, the download time to run time on YouTube was about 15:1 to 20:1.

On DSL, it's between 3:1 and 5:1.

It's still too annoying to watch anything of any length.

(Besides, I don't trust The Cloud. I want media I can watch without a download time, any time I want.)

You could always leave it to download when you're doing something else besides surfing the net or working on your compu...oh, wait, nevermind.

There is more than one way to deal with YT clips....

If you are driving Firefox, go get DownloadHelper in the add-ons section. And when you see those three little balls circulating, right click on them and save your Adobe Flash clip to a convenient place on your hard drive.

If you are driving IE.....

Go get Firefox and DownloadHelper, then enjoy your newfound freedom and fun.

Oh, and the plugin works for buttloads of embedded animations and clips...

I also had a weird thought involving Sarah accidentally finding out if a bear does indeed read in the woods and having a rather terse, but perhaps enlightening conversation.

Is it wrong to want as many pages of the romps that will be going on at this howl as possible along side with the story pages.
