Dapper Werewolves

What is a dapper werewolf you ask? A suave, fashion-conscious individual with a taste for bowler hats and some of the more understated raiment from the late Victorian Era or 1920s U.S. (some overlap there, yes) who just happens to be a vicious killing machine with claws and fangs...but is never uncouth about it!
