Where does PiTW take place?

I have a very, very strong feeling it takes place somewhere in Michigan, due to the fact that I recall seeing Peter wearing a Faygo shirt and I think Faygo is almost exclusively a Michigan product. Is there a confirmed city/state that it takes place in, or is it just in "Nowhere, Somewhere"?

Actually, at AWA, me & Kris found some Faygo in Atlanta. And Everyone who listens to Insane Clown Posse knows about Faygo cola, no matter what state they're from.
Mind you, Kris' most immediate reference has been his home & college years in Texas, which were and are far different from my life & Alma Mater up here in Michigan. So you could say it's 50% the Big Thicket, and 50% Ypsitucky.

Actually, my all too brief college time was at the University of Texas in Austin, which is a considerable difference geographically, and a MASSIVE difference culturally, from the Big Thicket.
I've deliberately kept the name and location of Peter's town vague- partly so it can be Anytown USA, partly to let Ben establish its landmarks, architecture, etc.
