If you guys are talking about the soaps in the shape of video game controllers, the ads may have worked. I let the conchair for YoumaCon know about them... and... well, at least my thought was: wouldn't they make a cool prize for the video game tournaments at an Anime Con?

At least the Vixine ads are more in-keeping with the theme of Adult PitW, and nice to know they're a source of up-front cash instead of 'we pay you when your fans click on our random-naked--penis that may or may not lead to phishing/adware/malware hell and not a cent before'.

well, the penis ones were for a banana-hammock place. those were some of their more... creative undergarments. which was really stupid of them. wouldn't have minded the banana-hammocks, but dude.. no thankyou on the bananas.

To be fair, we have no problem with cartoon junk; we just don't want ads waving the real thing in our readers' faces.

I'm not all that happy with the LegioStudio ad, come to that... but at least it's cartoon and not real crotch shot.

I tried reading the web comic that had the banner ad up. Couldn't. He has potential but I don't think he has put a lot of time into it. Bar spends labored hours on each page, most likely almost an hour on just formatting each panel. The artist on the banner doesn't seem to take the time he needs to make it readable.

It feels less like he is creating furry art and more as if he is vomiting it from his being so that it will no longer weigh down his life. Therapeutic I am sure.
