That would depend on how much the internal structure changes when they are Shifted.
Fuzzy, it might be easier. Smoothskin, there are doctors and hospitals.
Flip the coin.

Theoretically, birthing in both forms are possible. But it really depends on the form of the fetus. A monstrous fetus would damage a normal mother.
If you want an example of how a normal human would actually go about giving birth to a monstrous fetus, watch Alien 3 or Species II.

THINK ABOUT THIS every time the change happens you shift the cells aound every part of you! so do you agree with us for the stillbirth and misscarrage of the babby if ther was a post about birthing in the comic we wold see this post was ither rong or right about the dna changes of ruslting in the destroction of the fetus
the outher reason to stay wolfed is becuse of the moon . hence you are allways wolfed out that wont affect the fetus in aney way dering the 10 months or "The gestation period lasts between 60 and 63 days"

Considering how often Peter and Sarah have unprotected messy animal sex, I'm surprised she's not pregnant herself yet. According to the laws of narrative, teenagers in fiction are supposed to get pregnant their first time, and then once they accept that fact the mother-to-be falls down a flight of stairs.
