I am reading both the adult and non-adult version of the strip. Either I missed some comics or the two strips are out of sync. It seams like the same thing happens in both strips for a few updates and then completely different events occur in each that are not echoed in the other. Is there a combined reading order for the comic so we can see everything in the right order?

Well, it would depend on whether or not there's a glitch in my coding the archive pages...

... but there are places where the gen-aud version goes and covers something else to avoid the heavy sexual content of the adults-only pages. The first major use of this technique was in chapter 2, running roughly pages 23 to 29. In those, the last panel- Butch Cramer tracking down Peter- is present and identical in both versions. You can use that to track- very roughly- the parallels of strip to strip.
