Actually, the fact that Sarah can joke about the fact she's a werewolf would seem to indicate that she's either coming to terms with it... or still in denial.

Or... look at it this way.

Walking and talking with peter, for 4 pages now (including the omake) is the most anyone here was actually seen of Sarah without her transforming.

First time she's introduced, she's feeling sick, and transforms.

Second time, she freaks out at seeing a werewolf, and transforms.

This is the first time she really hasn't had any pressure on her to transform, so she might just being more her otaku self.

I'll go with Bar-1 and manx...I'll wager Cr200 she's accepting it (like she really has a choice?). Wizard pointed out that it took getting stabbed to make him accept he was in combat (so-o-o true!) But once he did, he obviously prevailed...he's still here.
Sarah has a strong attraction to Fantasy anyhow; consider her Hobby of Cosplay...an intensive and expensive form of Fantasy Acting-out.
Well now, she's involved 24-7 in what everybody thinks is fantasy, she has a knockout Costume, a Bishi Furry Special friend who has a decided interest in keeping the positive side up for her, as well as a talent for making her feel "good" in either form.
I'd a' settled for a quarter of that with my last girlfriend.......
Plus...like the Wizard said...the Cast Lead Piano of Reality (what a phrase!) is yet to touch her cute (in either form) head! Thus, my thoughts are "She's accepting it"...which will be followed by "How can she use this?"...
