Hmm...according to the mini-update, Peter should be afraid. VERY afraid.

If Sarah's defidently one of the biggest werewolves known and is barely under control, the rest of the Packs would eventually find out. There are, thus, 2 really really bad scenarios, and one worst case:

Really really bad #1 is that other Packs would send out werewolves to kill Sarah.
Really really bad #2 is that Sarah's thrall-ness could eventually cause humans to find out about werewolves.
And the worst case scenario is that BOTH of the above happen.

In the PITW universe, most Packs we know of are of the "You raised it, you sit on it" persuasion: they wouldn't risk their own 'Packies' with some other Packs' problem. So that way, Sarah has a measure of safety, and her own pack doesn't think they can kill her: she's too big and strong.
Since she's already run down the street starkers; and all people saw was a big Cougar, she has the safety of "Eyewitness usually don't see squat, even though they were there."
Mentally, Sarah is pretty much a pup or cub mind-wise, when she's all fuzzy and toothy, so there is less of a risk than would seem to be; provided she doesn't get frightened.
And..if she were found out..nobody would be looking for normal sized Were's- they'd be looking for giants with enormous "personalities".
All the better for camouflage.
