Were-Sharks are rare...but easy to find in Smoothskin form...Just look at the highest ranks of Wall Street, the Legal Profession, and Literary Agents.
They are all from these human base-lines....

BACK...to the Story!
Different art, different take....Taking Peter's example...in the course of a Week, in an average city or town, you'll look a Werewolf in the Eyes...and Never know it! Lovely! Perfect! Glorious! I love it!
The art is different, and the system of presentation is different, but it all hangs together coherently. This also serves as a Redux of the Beginning of the tale so many moons ago, and, it would appear, anchor the next set of arc's (story lines) that will take Peter and Sarah to College and who knows what else (Kris does, and he ain't saying).
Funny...but it actually does feel like a corner has been turned (or a "Bend-gone-'round") and the story is taking off into new space.
Once again, I can't wait for next week to come. (I know..I have to)

Actually, the initial story arc has two more chapters to go, both of which occur on the same day VERY shortly after the night and day of the first three chapters. Those first three chapters established the setting and the basic rules by which the characters will live; the next two will focus primarily on Peter and Sarah, developing Sarah as a character a bit more- in both human and wolf forms. They'll also explore a few questions that have been asked already.

And since weresharks are never going to appear in PitW- absolutely, positively NEVER- there's not much point in fleshing them out. I included them only because there are RL legends of them, just as of the other types of weres. I don't even like to -think- of the troubles involved with changing into a coldblooded creature that can't breathe in air every twenty-eight days...

... no, not in being such a creature, in making such a creature FEASIBLE.
