The line was crossed with this little stunt of his and infuriated the whole of the 'net. Lines have been crossed and this will be a bipartisan (and tea party) war against him. He's going to feel the heat from all angles. And yes, I live down here by CRP (Corpus Christi) so I'm living with the stigma too, but at least the regional reps have their heads screwed on right and are voting against both bills.
This little joker has had a history of dealings with the MAFIAA and he needs to be shown the folly of his decisions.
Soo, impeach the clown for pissing off 3/4's of the 'net? PLUS his allegiance with the Axis of Evil? Oh hell yeah. Put me in line to sign the petition, even tho I would not qualify, I don't care.
You know, even if he could not be impeached, he can be censured and rebuked for conduct and procedural violations. That would be up to a committee to discover and put forth. But I feel his dealings with the MAFIAA in the past and this now, is a clear conflict in interest of the public office he is in now. It's similar to the FCC laying rules down regarding people leaving public office to become associated with directly related companies within a certain time frame. With the White House drawing their line in the sand and the public's attention fully focused upon the two bills, he'll be hard pressed to do much else but wiggle and fidget in front of a committee hearing.
