Sarah has a major problem in that she won't own that she is a Werewolf, that it's permanent, and the only "cure" she can find will be her own self control.
Lycanthropy can't be cured. If it was curable, a lot of Were-whatevers would have taken the cure already. They haven't.
Sarah is also blaming her 'indelicate condition" totally on Peter. She seems to have forgotten she said "yes".
Nasty word, "yes". It confers responsibility, which she has avoided all her life.
Now she's stuck with responsibility for what she is and has become; and she isn't accepting it at all. I suspect that's one reason why the Wuff is so hard to control, among several reasons. There is also the reason that the Wuff has fun doing things, and she doesn't; unless it is something carefully scripted and under her control at all times.
That's what she's doing with Peter. He's her excuse for... And he has been "trained" into accepting that role in relationships.
These two kids need to grow up fast, before things spiral even farther out of control and the Wuff starts taking over Sarah. Yeah, that...

You know, its not just her fault, but this whole situation is the fault of Jean's parents, Con Nero, and the other elder members of the pack who are responsible for making decisions. You'd think that instead of leaving something up to the parents, that the whole group would take responsibility in instructing the children of the pack on what lycanthropy is and how it is spread. I know that the discussion about physical relationships is scetchy, but if they hope to prevent the spread of lycanthropy, they should really have group lycanthropy education instead.

It's also the pack's fault because they have spent years tearing Peter down and treating him like a runt. No, I wouldn't call "that" a support group, the pack is more concerned with keeping Sarah in a bubble rather then actually helping her. So, if you look at it all... It's almost shocking that this didn't happen to Sarah in her tenth or eleventh grade instead.

If it didn't happen to Sarah, it would probably have happened to somebody else. And with the way the stubes raised Peter, it's most likely that it could happen with their second child if they treat them in the same way they treat Peter.

You'd think that since they are so afraid of getting caught, that the pack really would have taken better measures to prevent situations like this.

In a way, it's more everybody elses fault then it is Peters fault. I don't blame Jean though, but I am kind've suprised that she never thought of the idea of group lycanthropy education. She seems pretty smart, personally speaking.

Ofcourse maybe I am just getting way into this comic.

To bring up a point that Kris has raised many times in the past...
The "Wolf" is not a personality; it's a set of instincts, reactions, and a shift or two. The Wolf is not a "being" as we see beings; it's more a set of action routines and response routines than anything else.
Yet, one might argue that: So is the person we know as Sarah. She is a set of actions and responses that cause the person Sarah to act the way she does. Again, there is no awareness; there is only response to stimuli that is moderated by instinct and responses.
Like this: Gus is a Jerk. That is his personality. How he responds to his peers in the Pack, to humans, and to Rebecca; is an example of personality modified by instinct and habits. In this case, the habits are as unpleasant as the basic personality, and thus he acts the way he does.

This might happen to Sarah. The Wuff might start controlling her smoothskin persona if she lets it do so; and her denial of herself could make such a "takeover" possible, IMO. Sarah's personality could be affected by the Wuff to a degree that "human Sarah" might go to sleep and leave the personality to be run by the Wuff's instincts, not Sarah's.
And so far, the Wuff seems to be the more grounded set of instincts.
Of course at nearly twelve feet tall, the Wuff would have to be grounded if she didn't want to fall over...
