Got a 'deceptive website' warning today

This morning I got a 'Deceptive website warning. It might try to trick you into doing something dangerous' message when visiting the Peter is the Wolf site. It showed in both Safari and Firefox. I figured that you guys should know. Here's a screenshot of the warning.

no problems today. Whatever caused the trouble has gone away.
