I presume some of you have already seen it. Your thoughts? Avoid movie-specific spoilers as much as you can, while presuming we all know the book.

As someone who has actually never read the book, my response to The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is this:

Seriously, what's so hard about just appreciating the epic and entertaining movie for what it's worth?

Sorry, can't decide. They're both awesome. If MLP: FiM ended suddenly I'd go with Animaniacs on the basis of more material, but they way things are going that's not going to happen anytime soon.
