WLP's desktop computer is b0rked.

Memory glitches, web browsing not available for several days now.

Today I got a WinXP repair disk... only it wouldn't give me a repair option, only "upgrade" or "full install." The upgrade failed midway through. When I tried a different disk, the half-finished upgrade insisted I had to activate the product in order to do anything with the computer... and wouldn't recognize the wireless card as a valid internet connection.

So- working solely off the laptop for the next week and a half, minimum. Fun. I'll take the desktop to the guy who provided the disks on Thursday for him to straighten out- hopefully he CAN.
