Handling of Funds

Sales of auctions donated by White Lightning Productions are handled by White Lightning Productions; all funds from those auctions will be donated to the American Red Cross. For preference, White Lightning Productions asks that payment be made out to the American Red Cross, so that the actual funds do not enter White Lightning Productions' possession. Other auctions or promotional sales are either handled by White Lightning Productions or by the donor. White Lightning Productions assumes no responsibility for third-party sales listed on the Telethon website.

White Lightning Productions shall reprint no portion of the comics in the Telethon unless all profits from the printing shall be paid to the Red Cross.

All donation links on the Telethon website go directly to the American Red Cross. The Telethon and White Lightning Productions do not handle any donation funds aside from those directly connected to auctions or donation promotions run by White Lightning Productions. Auctions on other sites which the Telethon provides links to, aside from those run by White Lightning Productions, are not a direct part of the Telethon. Participate at your own risk.

Pledges

Pledges emailed to the Telethon are not a contract or financial obligation. You do not have to pledge to donate to the Red Cross. We ask for pledges only as an attempt to measure the amount of money being raised by the Telethon for the Red Cross.

The Telethon, White Lightning Productions, and all other parties involved with this website have no access to any information exchanged between any donor and the American Red Cross. All links to the American Red Cross are simple gateways and return no data to this website.
